We are hosting the Midland Farms Spring Homeschool Day! Two dates available: Tuesday, May 14th & Friday, May 24th right here in Midland! Come out and enjoy an educational day at the farm! This event is geared toward ages 3-10 years old!
Educational stations include:
π Lifecycle of a Watermelon: students will learn the lifecycle of a watermelon from seedling to fruit and get to plant their very own watermelon seed to take home with them.
π Story Time: Sit down and listen to a fun and educational farm related book.
π βMilk Cow Simulationβ: students will learn where milk comes from and the importance of dairy animals in the world. Students will also enter our simulator to hand milk a βsimulationβ cow.
π Stetsonβs Barnyard: students will get up close to the variety of different livestock and animals of the farm to feed and pet them.
The farm store will also be open for purchasing of souvenirs or our farm raised meats.
After all learning stations are complete, you can enjoy a bagged lunch (attendeeβs responsibility) at the picnic tables and playtime at the large farm playground. The farm store will also be open for purchasing of souvenirs or our farm raised meats.

Note: Gates will open at 9:30am to begin accepting guests. Each guest will receive a color wrist band upon arrival associated with your group. Each of the four stations will last approximately 30 minutes. Attendees are welcome to bring a bag lunch to the farm to eat after the last session (12pm) and play on the playground. Final departure by 1:00pm.
